1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Onzely you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

Onzely provides 11+ exam preparation materials including adaptive practice questions, mock exams, and AI-powered explanations across Maths, Verbal Reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning, and English subjects.

We do not guarantee any specific exam outcomes. Onzely is a study aid and results depend on many factors outside our control.

3. Account requirements

• You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.
• You must be the parent or legal guardian of any child whose data you add to the platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• One account may be used for multiple children within the same family.

4. Subscription and payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• A 5-day free trial is available for new accounts.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
• We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice provided by email.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with anyone outside your immediate family
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or access controls
• Use the service in any way that could harm, harass, or disadvantage other users
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any question content from Onzely

6. Intellectual property

All question content, Non-Verbal Reasoning shape patterns, curriculum materials, and software are the intellectual property of Onzely. Content generated by AI using our prompts, systems, and intellectual framework is owned by Onzely. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. AI-generated content

Onzely uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate explanations and some question content. While we review our AI systems and prompts, we cannot guarantee that all AI-generated content is entirely error-free. If you believe any content is incorrect or inappropriate, please contact us at hello@onzely.co.uk and we will investigate promptly.

8. Limitation of liability

Onzely provides study materials only. We make no guarantee of exam success. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@onzely.co.uk.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
