Built by parents who wanted something better for their child's 11+ and entry exam preparation.
When our child was approaching the 11+, we looked for a preparation tool that would actually work for a modern child: something that adapted, explained, and motivated. What we found were PDF workbooks, rigid apps, and question banks that ran out.
We believed technology could do more. Not to replace learning, but to make it more effective: to catch gaps before they become problems, explain mistakes in plain language a child could understand, and make daily practice feel worthwhile rather than like homework.
XP, levels, streaks and achievements make daily practice feel like progress, not pressure.
AI-generated explanations for every wrong answer, written for a 9-10 year old. Not just the right answer, but the reason.
Adaptive difficulty means your child is always working at the right level, challenged but never overwhelmed.
We're a small team based in the West Midlands, brought together by a shared belief that children deserve better tools for academic preparation. Our goal is simple: to give every child a genuinely motivating, inspiring and engaging way to build the skills they need, without the pressure and grind that so often comes with exam preparation.
Everything we build is guided by one principle: that learning should grow at the pace of the child. Onzely never rushes ahead when a child is struggling, and never holds back when they're ready for more. We want children at every level to feel stretched, supported, and proud of how far they've come.
Onzely has launched and is being used by families across the UK preparing for the 11+ and entry exams. We're actively improving the product based on feedback from parents and children every week, adding question types, refining the adaptive engine, and expanding our content across all three papers.
If you're using Onzely and have feedback, we genuinely want to hear it. Reach us at hello@onzely.co.uk.
